    Pros +

    • Close to our event
    • The staff was very attentive and we liked the location
    • Room was clean, hotel clean. Nice Breakfast options for free.

    Cons -

    • Our room was 125. Bottom floor facing the Main Street. Noise until about 2am. And it was right next to the kitchen. Worker started banging doors at 5 am to get breakfast ready for 6 am. Not much sleep. Do not stay in room 125 if you want to get some sleep
    • They were in the middle of an extensive remodel which wasn?t mentioned until we got to the door. There was a lot of construction debris & closed off areas. The parking area was tiny & there was only 1 working elevator.
    • Front desk personnel could use some classes on politeness, deposit policy and that guests aren't assumed idiots.

The location is convenient while I am traveling

The first night room 106 had a toilet that didn¿t flush correctly. That was June 26th but the following week July 3rd the toilet in 217 didn¿t work at all. They fixed it but after driving for 7 hours, it was annoying

The breakfast was good. Could have a few more items to choose from. The location was very good.

The pool was not cleaned so didn¿t use it. Disappointed. The wake up call was incorrect.

I was able to walk downtown with my children. Everything was within walking distance and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

I hated that we couldn't get a good view of the fireworks for new year ¿¿ My beds headboard was dirty and one of my son's pillow cases were dirty.

Location was amazing, hotel was extremely clean, staff were really friendly and breakfast was great.

Location, clean, great staff, and breakfast

    Nothing. I loved it

    7Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-4-2018

The beds were comfortable and the amenities were nice.

The toilet paper was very thin and cheap. We were also corrected by hotel employee of the morning staff for moving a table, which seemed a bit over-the-top. We moved the table back to where it was originally.

Location was great! Just a short walk to everything. Clean and comfortable.

    Great location and updated rooms

Some of the outlets did not work, but that is a minor complaint.

    not enough parking

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 2-28-2016

Location was great. Staff was friendly and room was clean.

    9RichardPosted on: 6-29-2015

The room was excellent and the location to the venue we wanted was outstanding. A great place to stay for us but would have been nice for a family with children.

At checkout, I was hit with a "nickel and dime charge" of $12.00 for "guest parking." I cannot believe that a hotel room that cost over $--- needs to tack on additional charges of this kind. I was not aware of this charge when I made my reservation.

    9JasonPosted on: 6-15-2015

    Love the location and amenities.

Noise--- street noise, loud motorcycles....guest noise, there was a wedding that night, and I think that they were carrying on upstairs afterward.

    7Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-3-2015

Friendly staff, great location, nice facility

Parking lot is gated and available to non guests for paid parking. Because of great location, lot was overflowing with cars parked everywhere. Customers not so great since on Sat night drunks returned 12 to 4am making as much noise as possible.
