For the price better breakfast, better food option, no room service, needs better parking, parking was 18 dollars a day

Noisy outdoors, noisy HVAC, lumpy hard pillows, unaccessible bathroom mirror for applying makeup

Location to Colonial Life Arena was just a short walk. Excellent restaurants close by, would definitely stay here again.

Other than the normal one or two quest that are loud (alcohol involved) nothing to write about.

Easy walk to good restaurants and bars

Check in area confusing and unstaffed when I arrived to check in. It looked like a diner counter and no one was behind it. Room had hair stuck to wall over bed, hair in shower, unswept floor,broken blind,dirty refrigerator

The location rocks. It is walking distance to everything in town. The breakfast is always the best here. Hyatt Place has the best breakfasts - period.

Construction was ongoing and we probably wouldn't have stayed here if we knew that. Elevator was a shambles (one of them).

It has a good location.

The parking situation is abysmal. Having to walk back to the hotel late at night from the parking garage with a bunch of shady characters lurking around is not comforting in the least.

It was clean and neat & the customer service was excellent.

It didn¿t have an microwave in the room.

I love the indoor pool, fitness room, location, and pull-out sofa bed.

The breakfast was not great, but I understand the restrictions due to Covid 19.

The staff were amazing! So helpful and welcoming! Accomdated us early and so appreciated it after driving for 14 hours

Room wasnt as clean as I expected (mold on shower curtain, surfaces with things caked on) Difficult with covid but trash builds up with 3 ppl over 4 days without any cleaning services.

Did not like glass sliding doors on bathroom, not much privacy and they would not latch.Got snack from hotel, pretzel was inedible and chocolate chip cookie so bad my 9 year old wouldn't eat it. Not enough parking in lot either.

We enjoyed the size and comfort of the room and had a great night's sleep on the beds. Also the staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was very convenient to nice restaurants.

I have no complaints.

The room was not the cleanest. There was urine splattered behind the toilet and up the wall. Hair was in the tub. Hotel did not have enough clean towels and the hotel was overly packed with a lot of people not wearing masks during covid.
