Comfort Inn Columbia West

Was on a business trip and used a different card to pay. Was demanded to use another card or pay cash for incidentals. Got in the room stains all over the floor and walls, tub drain plug did not work, AC did not function properly

The hotel was outdated. The pictures on the website are deceiving. I heard the people at Checkers, and I kept smelling smoke and other products.The breakfast looked horrible. I will never go back to this hotel.

The minimal amount of sleep that I got

99 percent of the staff was rude. The hotel was outdated and filthy. The smell of weed coming from the non smoking hotel rooms made me nauseous.

The room was old. The tub/shower, as well as the mat was dirty making it uncomfortable to use. There were roaches everywhere. The front desk staff was dismissive and acted as though he was bothered.

Fitness room was not clean and tv in fitness room didn¿t work

It was not bad but broken window buildings were there near hotel It was scarred me when I returned in the evening.

The washing machine was crowded in every evening.

Everything was par. Breakfast was good. Room was comfy and clean enough.

It's in a not so great part of town. The pool is not in use, unless you're a swamp creature. If you check in late you have to knock (no biggie, just an FYI). No side door use, because of the location.

Breakfast was not maintained. Items were out at 6:30am. Eggs watery. Juice was more water than juice No fruit on Friday

When we went to let the front clerk know about the stained unwashed sheets there was no apology...by the night staff or the morning. Just an "okay"

My room was not the cleanest, needed repairs and there were cockroaches in the room.

Did not look like pictures. Rust in tub. Breakfast eggs like soup. Not Edible.

Location to highway

Noisy. Dog barking, neighbors making a lot of noise

The hotel was nasty and had roaches and nasty throw up towels already in the rooms

Look, it is what it is. . I made very late arrangements for UofSC parents weekend and was not interested in paying $---/night. Staff was very pleasant. Location is decent about 10 minutes to campus. The room was quiet.

I knew what to expect, not much. With low expectations I wasn¿t bothered by the desperate need for updating. If you are bothered by wear&tear and things not being 100% shiny then you will be disappointed.

Location and price. The staff was really nice and helpful. Had good places to go and see recommendations. I would stay again with the understanding that I wouldn¿t take the same room until repairs were preformed correctly. Otherwise 2.5 star.

The lack of quality in maintenance repairs and workmanship. Our room had a busted bathroom door. Door to that bathroom didn¿t function properly. The ceiling over the tub was something from the dyi show (worst maintenance repairs ever)

It was convenient to the highway

The bathroom was not clean, hair in the tub, rotting around the seams, and the sheets were itchy.

First floor room no smoking clean.

I told the operator I wanted a inside pool this hotel had a pool outside and it was not operating it looked really dirty.

The staff was friendly. The room was quiet and cool. I liked the pre-packaged items for breakfast (Covid safe)

The bed was terrible. Felt like it was 20 years old and was too flimsy. Otherwise would have given higher rank
