It was a nice looking room

Being charged for parking. Then there was no spaces to park. Still charged for it. Got stuck parking in garage late at night or 2100 dark my daughter was harassed by a homeless man

Parking was not free. Check in took us 30 min! They were manually checking to see if rooms were ready.

The front staff is friendly, welcoming and personable. Wendy and Brian are amazing. Best are comfy and the room and hotel are immaculate. Coffee is available 24 hours a day. Highly recommen staying here.

During my trip I ended up needing a room two different days and both times I checked in the staff was great and the room was so clean. Only had the breakfast the second trip and it was good. I will be staying here again.

Parking, Restaurants around the hotel, Not a lot of traffic around the hotel at night.

Yeah the other guests was just too noisy at about 10pm it was like they were in the room it lasted for about 10 minutes then it got quiet.

I requested a king room and received a Queen handicapped room

The front desk agent, the one with the bicycle glasses was amazing! Such a welcoming attitude. Treated us like VIP. Breakfast was great, very clean hotel, will be staying here again.

I had a very disappointing experience with Holiday Inn Express- Columbia Downtown- The Vista following a recent hurricane.

Like many others, I lost power and decided to book a stay here for a few nights to have a place with electricity. Thankfully, the power at my home was restored sooner than expected, so I no longer needed the room. Unable to write everything. Exceed max.

Hotel is very nice and clean. The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly and the pool was also very nice.

The ambiance of the hotel was lovely; It was a quiet and clean environment. We heard minimal noise from the people on the floor above us and ate a delicious breakfast both mornings of our stay! Our encounters with other members of the staff were good.

The staff greeting us at check-in was awful rude at the start of our encounter. It was late in the evening due to unfortunate events at another (unrelated) location, but that does not allow for unpleasant behavior towards a paying customer.

Good customer service. Good location and we feel safe.
