- Service and cleanliness. This was our second stay at this hotel as we travel to the area every spring for a GNCC race. The staff, their awesome service and the overall cleanliness of this hotel are by far the best that we have experienced!
- The check-in clerk was warm and friendly. Lovely person.

- Yes, the large water bug that was crawling up the wall! I called the front desk to make the desk clerk aware of the bug. I asked her if she had any bug spray. I thought I had killed the. If but it was crawling on the wall again when the clerk came up.
