- There were knats and water bugs in our bathroom. Wash clothes were yellow had to go and buy new one's. Also our ceiling was cracked and the plaster was hanging
- The booking was great, until my family arrived at the property. They added a deposit to every room at the desk. It wasn’t in the app or in fine print. The written sign was established June 2025. Not sure why it wasn’t added to their site or booking. The property looked condemned. My whole family got sick instantly entering the rooms. The staff stated that 2 of the 3 rooms I booked weren’t even supposed to be in. It smelled horrible and the rooms were mold and mildew infested. My whole family Is allergic to mold and mildew. One shower was stopped up. Another room smelled like a sewer and it was stated there was nowhere to place us. I wanted to leave and had nowhere else to go. The stay was so bad and I will be calling corporate about the stay and the amenities at that location. If I could leave a 0 review I would. Definitely need to close that hotel down and take it off of booking.
- Did not stay, never even went in. Got to parking lot and seen individuals hanging out in parking lot that looked sketchy to me. Did not feel SAFE. Left without even going in. Will never pay again for a stay before I see the property.
