Quaint, quiet, perfect, like a step back into time. Barbara that checked us in, much later than we had anticipated was very gracious & very helpful.

I appreciated the entire experience of this quaint hotel! The location is excellent, the fireplace was a bonus, there was a tasty breakfast delivered to our room each morning, and the parking was convenient. We will choose this option again!

staff was wonderful as well as assisted with sightseeing. Breakfast staff was nice and cheese and wine bar an added plus. Recommend this hotel highly.

Hotel was GREAT, the location and the staff were wonderful. Breakfast was fantastic and sent to your room if you choose, wine and cheese was also a nice addition, pluses coffee, tea, water available always.

The bed was not nice, the breakfast was good but it would have been better with pastries from browns court local bakery. If they had a hot tub in the courtyard that would have been nice. The gym they used was also closed. That would have been nice.

Chose the hotel knowing it was one of the historic properties. Very basic room, nothing particularly special about it, small TV and uncomfortable bed.

The location is great, right in the heart of the city and the inn itself is beautiful and peaceful. Customer service was exceptional and the room was so clean, cozy and comfortable with everything you could need.

Very quaint and was in an awesome location.

Our room was near the kitchen so we did hear the kitchen staff when the arrived each morning. They were not loud or anything, their entrance was just next to our room and we could hear them bringing in supplies early in the morning.

The staff were so kind and helpful! The whole courtyard vibe was beautiful and calming and the friendliness of the staff really helped the experience become a very welcoming and relaxed one. Also love that they bring breakfast to your room!

It was quaint. The staff was friendly and their service impeccable. The location was also amazing.

The service for breakfast was terrific, the pastries were stale. They had free WiFi but not good. Be careful with add ons the price ended up being quite a bit more after adding taxes, fees and parking. I expected it to be higher but not by that much.

The hotel is in the Charleston historic segment. You are able to walk the historic homes, churches, City Market, restaurants, and other city's features.

The hotel is crammed in among the King St. shops. The enclosed breakfast area was too small. We had to sit in the courtyard. The maintenance staff brought 2 outdoor heating lamps to heat the area. Daily parking fee is $12.00.

Location- perfect. Hotel- comfy, cute, little noisy in the mornings- you can HEAR EVERYTHING outside of your room but who cares it was vacation, get up and get going! Only downside was the front desk staff. They act inconvienced and annoyed if you ask

for anything outside of your room key but the 2 times we did they delivered it was just with minor attitude. Overall I had stay here again because everything else was great! Oh! Order room service for breakfast! You will be glad you did! It arrives hot, f

The location is top notch. Service was excellent and having somewhere to park so close to the hotel made this a great option for us.

Front desk staff was great but the wait staff for breakfast was kind of slow.
