- Missed the email explaining how to get in. The lady helped when we called. Now we know the process and it?ll be easier. We?ll stay here next time. Really loved it once we figured out the entrance.
- No communication. I was lucky to get someone in the office to give me codes 15 minutes before it closed. If I was 15 mins later, I wouldn¿t have been able to get in. Very basic. Was pretty disappointed.
