The Restoration

Location was good.

Would have prefered a regular breakfast menu. Toilet paper holder broke. The bed was horrible. The worst mattress i have ever tried to sleep on.

The location was great. It is clean, the restaurant upstairs was great for a drink.

Our room was so noisy…the first 2 nights a family with a crying baby, the third night…guys that were up until after 4:00 am.The view is a brick wall, the room was very dark….definitely not our taste is furnishing!!!

The location was perfect and within short walking distance of the main King Street area. The hotel is magnificent and the team was fantastic. Gave us a real warm hospitality experience.

Very large and spacious room. Well appointed with all the amenities. Snacks and Bar available in room for purchase at a reasonable price. Will definitely stay again next time we visit Charleston. Location is excellent.

Wonderful experience all around. Apartment was perfect for our family, breakfast was a great touch having it delivered. The pool was fun and the restaurant really good. A nice bonus was having access to the jeep getting picked up and dropped off. We never waited more than 10 minutes and the drivers were great. Highly recommend this hotel

Everything about this hotel was great. Our two bedroom, two bathroom apartment was spacious, light filled and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable and the whole place was beautifully styled/decorated. The light breakfast supplied each morning was a welcomed treat.

Staff members including Ethan were extremely friendly and helpful. Even though I am reluctant to use valet parking, your staff made me feel at ease. The hotel is at a great location.

Would of enjoyed quiche or baked goods in breakfast basket that could be warmed in microwave.

Great central location for strolling around the town and taking in the sights without being located right in the middle of the tourist attractions. cafe and restaurant are very good - as are nearby offerings. pool is small but suitable. staff were friendly and accessible and responsive.

There was poor communication between booking.com and the hotel and although we thought we were booking for 3 to stay (us and our son) - the hotel was not aware of this. I am not sure where the disconnect was but would suggest you clarify suitable bed arrangements if you find yourself in a similar situation. We needed (an uncomfortable) roll-away bed to be brought to the room for our son. The main bed was comfortable. his was not and we had to remind them to keep bringing an extra towel.
