The location was perfect, staff was friendly, room was well appointed (but cozy). Overall it's a very charming hotel.
Breakfast was delicious but it was exactly the same everyday with not enough choices for it not to become old after a couple days. Changing a couple items every day or two would make a big difference.

Great location ,spacious comfortable room

Great location, nice staff, nice rooms.
Some of staff were not up on the surronding areas to make suggestions. Person working the breakfast was not helpful. Some people do not drink coffee or orange juice and asked for a simple glass of coke from the bar fountain but was told no.

We didn't eat the breakfast. It was limited. Hotel was beautifully decorated, clean, friendly staff and location was excellent!
To fill water in room you needed to go to the lobby and the coffee maker was nepresso, not regular coffee so had to go to the lobby for coffee as well.

That’s a fantastic hotel with great ambiance! Our room was spacious, bright and very clean! Location is top. Breakfast was exactly to my liking. Valet parking was well appreciated!

The location, staff and room were great. Close to area attractions, shopping, restaurants, waterfront for after dinner walks.
Valet parking, there was a fresh scratch and dent on our rental car that I know was not there when we checked in the car. Thankfully, we were not charged by the rental car folks.

Very good food (variety and taste). Coffee could be hotter but was good. Nice presentation. Staff were courteous and helpful. Great location, near historic area , Market Row and King Street
