No blow dryer in room

It was close to what I needed to be close to. I like that it has a pool - needed that BADLY after a long day in the heat! Breakfast is a mirror of Marriott's breakfast that you'll find in Residence Inns and Fairfield by Marriott and good for what it is.

NO PARKING FOR VEHICLES PULLING TRAILERS WITHOUT UNHOOKING TO PUT THE TRAILER IN A SINGLE SPACE - that was a pain in the backside. The hotel seems pretty dated, and there as no TV remote in the room...

Room was decent. Breakfast was tasty and the location is great. Overall, not great, but not too bad either. About right for the money.

TV listing card was way off! Not a single channel on the TV matched up with the info card. Let's get that thing updated already!!!!!

Breakfast was excellent, everything clean and the server always making sure nothing was ever missing. The front desk, afternoon staff-great customer service.

The walls are a bit thin. This is only a problem the person next door watches lots of TV.

Maid service did not clean our room and we discovered two hug water bugs / cockroaches in our room the morning of checkout.

Great hotel with friendly staff, very easy check-in/check-out process. In this case the hotel was packed for the holiday and there were no problems.Breakfast was not packed either, plenty of food available. Rooms even have trays.

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The room was very small. I called in advance to ask for a room with 2 beds. Upon check-in, I was informed that none were available. They did have a rollaway bed in which I had to pay $10 more. I had to rearrange furniture for rollaway to fit.

A well maintained facility, located close to the historical sites of the town. Restaurants also located nearby.

Had a pesky black fly in our room, harassing us during the entire stay. No fly swatter available from front desk and no offer from front desk to remedy the problem. No help from the front desk regarding a local map or directions to area things-to-see.
