The staff was very friendly, and went above and beyond.

I’m 6’ tall and the shower head is at 5’ 6”. I would say that I’m average height but had to duck down to get under the shower.

Location was good, though I turned right instead of going straight and had to go out of whole complex to turn around. Maybe add a sign showing hotel is straight back.

From my room, you could hear the sounds from the highway all night, especially the trucks. Needs more soundproofing on rooms facing the hwy.

Our room smelled like mold, was damp, and there was mold on the ceiling. Looked like there was fresh paint trying to cover something up. Phone Hannah on the bathroom floor and in the bed. Area around be refrigerator was disgusting.

The room smelled like mold mixed with cigarette smoke. At 4:15 someone in the adjoining room was trying to open the adjoining door. That was my queue to leave.

Was told there was a indoor swimming pool and there wasn't and the outside pool wasn't open the hours listed

it is a little outdated. Some rust in the bathroom. NOTE: it was clean and comfortable.

Book this hotel! Very clean and the beds are comfortable- very soft sheets! Even though it is close to the interstate¿ it was very quiet. We met and interacted with 6 staff members and they were all kind and helpful.

Lady at check in was very pleasant.

Walls are awful thin. Could hear neighbors tv and alarm. Toilets flush very loud.

Door seems to click like someone is trying the lock. I know they werent but it happens frequently.

No evening coffee, and after we went out to get coffee, the staff wouldn¿t give me milk for the coffee.

All hotels should be as good as this one. Rooms have microwaves, small fridges, Keurig coffee makers, desk, TV, etc. Best of all though was the breakfast. Many options, good tasting!

It has a great location, good breakfast and comfortable clean rooms and the staff if friendly and helpful.

Walls were paper thin that casual talking in the next room woke us up several times. The continental breakfast didn¿t open I until 7 am and 30-40 people were waiting to eat. 7 am is too late to begin serving breakfast!

Clean, spacious, accessible room and everything worked well, nothing broken. Nice breakfast in the morning.

When asking for an extra pillow they told us there were none. Thought that was strange and lacking in customer satisfaction.

The person working at the front desk when I checked in was very friendly. The process was easy and hardly took any time.

Ice maker was out on my floor, had to go to another floor to get ice.

Booked 2 rooms and one of the room smelled. The beddings at one of the sofa bed was dirty and unchanged. The half window covers doesn¿t provide privacy and light blockage. Elevator smelled of marijuana.
