Comfort Inn Blythewood - North Columbia

This was a four night stay. We received no room service. Had to go down and ask for supplies for and all other needs for the room for the duration of the stay. Told by the staff that they were short staffed and didn’t have enough housekeepers. She

Location not bad . Staff was nice

They used extension cords in the rooms . The bathroom should be condemned. No light cover in bathroom . The room looked like a maintenance hold . Found other people’s items under the chair . People live in the hotel

Had to call on fridge, not cold. Sheets on backwards. Breakfast was horrible. Eggs were fried and flat as a pancake. Stacked up thinner than paper. Round Sausage was lying in 4" of grease! Cars and trucks were blocking entrance at check-in

1st room we were given didn't lock. They tried to say we were ok, but we didn't trust it cause also didn't have a phone. So won't lock and no phone, kinda strange. So we requested another room and they honored our request so we thank them very much.

Despite being right off a major highway, we did not hear it. The room was very quiet. They also welcome pets

Quiet and comfortable.

While the management is refurbishing the hotel, the bathroom in our room was not up to the standard of the rest of the room. The toilet paper holder was too far from the toilet. The pool needs a heater, and to be cleaned.

The staff and the room was grea.

the tub was clogged up and the surroundings outside and inside were very dirty.

It was under construction, but I did?not know it was a truck stop location

My room was not cleaned to my satisfaction after I left for the day, and when I returned, the beds were made only. The trash was not removed nor did they cleaned up the common areas.

Proximity to planned reunion.

When I turn the heater on (Room 104). it was making a loud noise every 5 minutes. Did not get a good night of sleep

I felt safe being there on my own. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean.

the shower curtain did not cover the width of the shower

Penetrating smell of bad dope or some construction chemical filled the room. The dopey guy at check in wasn't going to do anything about it. If it wasn't after midnight we probably wouldn't have stayed. Left earlier than planned due to smell inorning.

I like the convenience (area). The staff is always nice and the rooms are clean

This was not my first time staying there. I didn't have any issues so that is why I keep coming back

Filthy. From the elevator throughout the entire room. Disgusting. No hot water in the sink. Torn nasty carpet beside the bed and unavoidable. Motel 8 would st least have been clean. Also, I couldn't get my room key until I was confronted with various

Location was right off the highway. The continental breakfast was very good and started our morning out ready to go.

the room smelled musty and the curtains were torn and hard to pull closed.

The desk staff was pleasant.

The hotel needed remodeling. It was no where near a 3 star. It has potential but the overall condition looked tired.

Staff was attentive and professional.

The room had a horrible smell in it that never dissipated. The lamps were rusted at the bottom. Also dogs were allowed, which seems very unsanitary knowing people let them jump on everything and even sleep in the bed! Not to mention the barking.

Friendly staff

Broken tiles and moldy tub, busted corners of furniture in the room, toilet was broken and we had to get in the tank to make it stop running each time we used the bathroom. This is far from a 3 star hotel as it was listed.

Overall not a bad hotel . Limited parking but it¿s right off the highway

My shower was broken and only had cold water

Getting very old. Worst, and I do mean worst breakfast we have ever seen. Fed my dog some eggs but was worried for him. Don¿t send people here, or just call it 1-2 stars.

Hotel was mostly clean and decent. Staff was polite for the most part. Breakfast was mediocre but ok.

I didn¿t like the front desk clerk sitting at a table in the lobby watching tv but other than that it was ok.
