Hotel was clean and decorated beautifully

Pool was closed (& when we went to look at it, had a sign saying closed for maintenance but appeared it hadn?t been cleaned in weeks). Also book a room for 3 people and the room had a sofa bed that we had to make ourselves.

Breakfast was great. Room is modern and functional

Bed could be more supportive. Better pillows

The location, cleanliness,the room and the breakfast. The Staff was professional but room keeping staff could exercise more professional.

Disrespectful and rude hotel employee when checking in. Hotel employees at check out were very kind!

Extra $75 pet fee that was NOT disclosed at the time of booking!

The room was clean and welcoming. Also loved the free breakfast.

The beds were too hard for my taste.

Crumbs inside sofa bed, sofa bed smelled musty, no conditioner in bathroom, fridge was unplugged

Comfortable beds,linen and very nice bathroom and towels. Very nice breakfast.

Only one elevator

Food and beverage prices were outrageous! 6$ for a single beer or tiny bottle of wine is definitely overpriced.

The breakfast was very good and the breakfast area was nice and clean. It was in a good location.

A place to stay when our grand daughter got married.

We had to get sheets and make our beds at 11 pm. Had to get towels.

I can't say I liked it because staff doesn't honor Hilton guaranteed satisfaction rules.

Everything. Geting robbed and then being charged for a night i already paid for is i dirty game. General manager(black firl) did talk over us and argue about some bullshit 3rd party reservations rules if i don't check in the first night i forfeit my booking. They can't edit or manage the bookings that go through booking.com was one of the lies as well. I hope this girl get demoted or fired for this bullshit.

Good location

First room, they gave us had not been cleaned. Then the second room they gave us had no toilet paper.

The room was a good size and layout. The gym was great. Loved having laundry option but $20 do one load with $3 to wash $3 to dry and buy detergent and an extra $3 when it wasn't dry was a bit much.

I did not feel like my car was secure at all. There should be more lights and cameras out there. Numerous vehicles were broken into during our stay. Staff were not welcoming or engaging. Basically went thru the motions and sent me on my way. Shower water was warm never really got hot.
