The people that clean the room cleaned well

All was well and good

Cons -

The washing machine errored when you put money in it and I told the front desk and they refused to help me or give me back my money I put in the machine. They lost our business this time we stayed there
The bathroom was nasty. The towels and wash cloths looked like they had been used to clean an engine the washed and put out for their customers to use. There was crude in the corners that appeared to have buildup from years of neglect. I have pictures.

All was well and good

Bed, pillows and hot water.

No fire alarm-staff said it was a non smoking room so it was removed. Door lock didnÂ¿t engage so anyone with a key could come in. Had to move furniture in front of door to feel safe. TV didnÂ¿t work. Shower head connection bad with water everywhere.
