- Staff was very kind and helpful.
- The pool and hot tub were nice. Front desk staff at check-in were very personable and friendly. Pancake machine at breakfast was pretty cool.
- This is a five star hotel because of their staff, cleanliness and breakfast. These people treat you like family. The rooms are immaculate.
Cons -
- The room had seen better days. It was clean but needed some updating. Bathroom walls were warped and stained.
- Beds weren't very comfortable. Other guests took our towels at the pool. Other than that, it was a decent experience. Would like the pool to open earlier in the morning before check out.
