- Everyone tried to be helpful. Alfred's Bar was excellent. The use of a computer was important.
- Comfortable beds. Bathroom area setup.Friendly staff. Starbucks available in lobby.
Cons -
- The inroom shower was dangerous. My wife warned me after she showered that it was very slippery. When I showered I came close to falling more than once. It is otherwise a good shower. It needs non-slip strips on the floor. Truly dangerous.
- The a.c./heater unit was very noisy and not user-friendly to operate. We called the front desk for assistance, and they sent someone up. After being told there was no fix, we had them shut the unit off completely. We left the window open all night.

We ate both lunch and dinner and also enjoyed cocktails in the evening at the restaurant with the bar. It was all excellent. Hotel was excellent. Planning to stay there again when we travel to Maine next year. This trip was a stop over on our way to MA for vacation.
