- Very limited breakfast items (waiting for truck, poor TV reception (they blamed COX), staff repeatedly using the only guest elevator and very rude person on desk when checking out. Half the lobby and breakfast area closed due to construction.

- Bed hard outdated furniture. Low grade kitchen. They charge 10.00 a night for parking on top of the --- a night room. Air conditioning unit in a storage area in the room was load. Couldn't use air conditioning at night so we could sleep.
