- Front desk. Courteous and efficient valet.
- Wall-mounted toiletry dispensers are a great way to reduce waste and eliminate the struggle to get stuff out of tiny bottles Cookies and hot cocoa bar in the lobby!
- The bed .
Cons -
- Breakfast buffet was okay.
- I think it was just luck of the draw that I got a room with a crummy view. The fixtures in the bathroom were quite grimy, and I think we were staying underneath a heard of elephants.
- Blanket was too light for the season. No room service because restaurant was booked for a wedding. There was no indication of this in the lobby, by desk staff, etc. We couldn't find a menu in the room, called the desk, and found out that way.
