- Close to wedding venue we were attending. We enjoyed the deck, although in rough shape. Our room was clean. Kudos to the cleaning staff!
Cons -
- The room wasn't clean, the staff tried to enter the room at 11pm unannounced.
- Staff member upon check in was not very welcoming or accommodating. Did not give us any information on the grounds and failed to mention that the pool was closed. I found out by looking for the pool, would not have booked had I known.
- Staff was rude and lazy- sitting in lobby on phones every time we walked through. On Saturday morning 6/4/22, the coffee in lobby was empty and was told by front desk girl, ¿we¿re out of coffee¿. Desperate need of repair throughout hotel.

The staff
No amenities,restaurant or working pool. The overall air among staff was laissez faire. Aqua Blue is the ONLY place in the Pier - they obviously know ppl will stay there whether they make an effort or not. A lot of $$$ for very little.
