- The representative at the front desk was very problematic. My family and I booked our stay via booking.com and paid for the stay prior to our check-in. I called to inform the hotel that I would be checking-in late in the evening. Upon our arrival to check-in, the representative informed us of the fee for our stay. I explained to her that we already paid, but she insisted that her system was showing we did not. I subsequently showed her my confirmation of payment from booking.com, as well as my bank account. Still, she insisted that we needed to be because her system was not showing payment. I even called Booking.com and spoke with a representative who also confirmed that our stay was in fact paid. After 25-30 minutes of back and forth with the front desk representative at 11:30pm, we ended up paying again! Thankfully, the booking.com rep informed me that I would be refunded for the amount that we already paid. The front desk rep was unconcerned with addressing the issue, despite evidence from the booking.com rep and me that we already paid. Not to mention the fact the she was having a personal conversation on the phone with her mother in-between speaking with us, as well tried to resolve the matter. I will not stay at this property again.
