Comfort Inn Williamsport

we stayed here last fall and I noticed huge improvements in cleanliness! it wasnt bad before, just this time was much improved. the beds were sooooo comfortable, we all slept amazing!

Rooms are nice enough. Some have been upgraded. Staff is wonderful!

The room was very clean and nice. Staff was welcoming and extremely professional. Free breakfast was nice also. Although I did not use the indoor pool or gym, it looked great. I felt very safe here.

Staff was very good . Good location. Good food.24hours coffee cookies. Room was clean plenty of towels.

I didn¿t like how I had to pay a $250 fee when I checked in. I didn¿t see on the website anywhere that you had to pay the fee upon check in so thank god I had that extra 250. Our room had an odd musty smell.

Updated. Hotel was clean. Great breakfast. Location is good.

A Stain found on a bed comforter we did not create. Staff we spoke with said, ¿we were busy yesterday. sorry.¿ No effort to compensate or offer anything for this. I called Comfort Inn complaint center, they offered me 6k points, pays for about $15 disc

It was very prettty and clean!

I had rented 2 rooms for 2 nughts my total was like ---$ for both rooms n and nights. When we checked in is when we found out about the incidental fee! The fee for each room was ---$! I have 500$ stil tied up and homeless!

Very well maintained, very pleasant staff and clean large rooms. The breakfast in the morning - while appropriately basic - was very well put together, organized and fresh. The eggs were moist, the bread selection great & the coffee was hot.

For a Comfort Inn in a remote part of Pennsylvania, we loved it. For a 2.5 star hotel, it was much better and functional than the 3 star La Quinta Wyndham we stayed a couple of weeks ago.

Staff was helpful and courteous.

The fitness room needs attention. One treadmill out of two does not operate. The elliptical is way off. Room is located beside indoor pool and thus smells like chlorine and is showing rust in numerous places. All else about our stay was great.

The staff were all very nice and pleasant made us feel very comfortable! Beds were amazing!

The entrance of hotel had a strange odor almost like bo. But immediate upon reaching second door it was gone.

Decent room, near eateries. Staff was very good as I had made reservations for the week after and so called hotel to change to the week of 8/9-10. They chged it and was so greatful.

Quiet, clean, good location.

There was a somewhat unpleasant smell I couldn't identify in the front desk, lobby, kitchen/dining area. But our room was just fine.

Hot breakfast buffet

Cleanliness of the rooms- front desk gave us a diff room an that was as bad as the first room we entered. many hotels were booked because of the weekend event. we stayed because we were exhausted and had-a long drive home. The pool was slimy and green!

Not much

Upon my arrival they never received my reservation. They were not willing to help.Ended up getting a room but the fold out bed and chair were disgusting. Staff was not helpful at all. To top it off, we received a wake up call at 5:30AM of which we did ask

The breakfast was decent for being grab and go but we¿ll never stay here again. Everything else was awful

We will never stay here again. The staff were not nice and our room was dirty. There was trash in the trash cans from the people before us. We paid $30 extra for a roll away bed that should¿ve in the trash- it was a piece of foam and so uncomfortable.

It was in a good location.

It smelled. Heat did not work. Loud noises from other guests. Filthy property outside. Shower curtain too long. Had to stand on it.
