Pros +
- Comfortable beds, nice towels, cleanliness, nice hotel staff.
- Reviews said the hotel was quiet and it was -- the first night. Night#2, I was awakened at 11:30 PM to loud, drunk men slamming doors & talking to each other across the hall. This same group was up the next day @ 4:45 AM, loud & completely inconsiderate
- It is isolated from the main strip mall areas, but within easy driving distance of activities, historic sites, and eateries. For those venturing to the city Philadelphia's city center is about 50 minutes away. Brinton offers an affordable nice stay.
Cons -
- Some strange odor sprays/scents that for me gave a bad impression. I recommend not using strong scented sprays as they give the impression of an attempt to conceal poor cleaning, which for this hotel is not required.
- This hotel is geared toward extended stay -- and the reviews never stipulated this. Also, there is no ice machine, nor any vending machines. Being on a divided highway is also not ideal, especially if you're not at all familiar with the area.
- I did not find any vending areas or ice machine facilities however the kitchen and eating area available in each room makes those unnecessary.

The owner called me and varied my late arrival and met me at the door! Excellent condition and service.
room was clean, well lit. bathroom was clean with fresh towels, washcloths, soap and shampoo. sink and tub clean without any holes which might harbor infestation.working tv. plenty of drawer space with a location for garments. window space for sunligt
office closed at 8 pm. no frills. no continental breakfast, no pool, no exercise equipment. heavy traffic in front of structure.
Rooms were nice and clean and staff was exceptional
Very secure building
We booked a king suite with balcony. There was no balcony. Our room was WAY too warm at 77 degrees. There is no front desk or staff anywhere to try to get it cooler. This made it extremely difficult to sleep because we were so hot.
Not handicap accessible, no elevator, stairs to enter bldg. was confirmed for first floor, 20 mins prior to arrival they switched it to 2nd fl. We are elderly - couldn’t even carry our suitcases to 2nd fl had to just grab necessary items. Never again.

The hotel has no staff present. You get a code for the front door and room. However, there is a number to call in which the young lady, Alexjandra, was very pleasant. Upon conversation with her, I asked what time was breakfast. They stopped breakfast the day before our arrival. We were offered to go to their sister hotel about five minutes away for breakfast. Although this was inconvenient, we went because we were traveling on a tight budget and did not have extra money for food. I would have liked the hotel to have called me prior to arrival to let me know and give me some options. The hotel is not ADA friendly. There is a set of steps up to the front door and no elevator to the second floor. Our room was small but clean. We declined housekeeping since we were there only two nights. However, it was extremely difficult to get extra towels.
I didn't like the fact there was no one physically at the hotel. I didn't like that I wasn't notified they were no longer providing breakfast.
Clean room ez check in, great location and excellent value. I will stay again. AAAAA++++
Easy checkin. They sent us the code to check in in advance.
Nothing really around the property but that is expected from suburban places like this. We booked it because we wanted to stay close to a wedding venue nearby and for that, it was an excellent choice.
Quiet
On a one-way road without a cross over.Had entry problems
The location was terrific because I was going to the Brandywine Museum. My room had a balcony which overlooked a field and trees. That was lovely! The clerk was very nice, when he was there. The room was comfortable with its king size bed, kitchenette, balcony, TV, armchair, and storage. Well-equipped.
The breakfast was poor - basically just carbs other than boiled eggs - and almost everything was sweet - not great for someone who doesn't eat sugar. The kitchenette was nice to have but not well-equipped. There was only one fork, a dessert fork. There was no dish towel, though a note said to ask for one, the clerk had no idea what I was talking about. The room was very dimly lit. The clerk was kind enough to bring an extra lamp, though the plus didn't work, so we needed an extension chord to get it to work. The room has seen better days, needs a paint job and an upgrade in decorations. They had done some work, but hadn't removed the wood panel which perhaps held the TV? The bathtub/shower was clean, but the water took about 15 minutes to drain after I was finished showering. The light by the door to the room didn't work, and the clerk wasn't able to find a bulb to fit it. There was no way to dry the dishes and no drying rack (and no room for one), so using the dishes was challenging. The clerk was only there a few hours/day. There was a phone number to call him and he was very responsive, but it would have been helpful to have someone at the front desk more often. The water in the kitchen sink didn't get warm, making it even harder to do the dishes well! The fridge was set so cold, my bread froze! I have said so many things which were problematic, but, despite all that, I enjoyed my stay very much. It was quiet, clean enough, well-equipped for the most part, and the location was great. The clerk was friendly and as helpful as he could be. I would stay there again because the price is good, but I hope they're able to fix the issues I discovered during my stay.
Easy keypad entry. Quiet and comfortable. Simple continental breakfast was provided
Tap water unpleasant. No in-room coffee pods. No counter space in bathroom
Close to where we wanted to be. Quiet.
Door code didn't always work the first time. Door codes for second room were messed up but we figured it out based on our other room. Did not specify what time breakfast was served.
Easy check in and out
Small area for breakfast and they need to put in a better ice machine
The place was clean and the bed was OK. The wifi was adequate.
This motel looks better than it was. We never saw a single person during our entire stay. We received an e-mail with a code to open the main door, our room number and the code to open that door too. When we left there was a pad of paper on which to write our name and room number to let someone know we had checked out. The room itself was very dark. Only one side of the bed had a bed stand and reading lamp. It was difficult to get to the other side of the bed because a chair was between the bed and the wall. There was no place to put our suitcase so we could open it. The room came with a kitchenette but there was almost no flatware. There were no plastic cups for the bathroom but the sink stand was too small to put anything on it anyway. The toilet seat was broken. The breakfast area was so small that only one person could get breakfast at a time.
The mattress was amazing.
It lacked certain amenities. I would not classify this property as having suites, it was one room with a small kitchen area. It was not ADA compliant, no elevator! The water from the bathroom sink had a foul odor and taste. The toilet tank lid did not fit properly. There was only 1 bedside table and lamp, no leisure chair, no phone in the room, odd placement of furniture, no luggage rack for a suitcase and no staff available overnight.
The shower was good using codes to get in was easy and the ease of contacting the hotel was good that's about it.
We booked a queen and got a double bed. The room had human hair left be hind by prior guests. We were supposed to be on the first floor and they put us on the second with no elevators.
Location and breakfast were good, and communication via text was good.
Older facilities that need upgrading. Never met any staff at all.
