The helpful nature of the counter check in attendant!

I did not like giving $50 for room service and snacks, etc. I was not planning on using any of that for my one night stat! Then, it will be up to two weeks for a refund!

How large the rooms are and the beds were comfortable. The lobby and the retaurant are nicely decorated and the food at the restaurant is vey excellent.

Since I cannot drink beer, I was trying to get a cider to drink but was told the cider on the drink menu was not available and there no other choice.

New, clean, large rooms

We booked a room with breakfast including- apparently there is no breakfast served at the hotel and we were misled. Paid extra $$ for no reason

Bed was so comfortable and room had great air that could be adjusted. Stop at the speak easy!

Pet friendly, and the entire staff was lovely with my dog. He was so happy here and it will make this a no brainer to come back to when in West Chester. WC seafood kitchen was phenomenal as well!

Josh and the entire team were exceptionally attentive and welcoming. Being personally greeted each time I entered or left truly stood out and made the stay feel thoughtful and warm. I also really enjoyed the Seafood Kitchen. The food was well worth the value and is something I’d confidently recommend to others.

For the price point, the hotel offers very minimal amenities, which made the overall value feel a bit off—likely driven by the location. Some room layouts felt disjointed, with underutilized space and very low lighting. My TV Chromecast stopped working on the second day and, while staff acknowledged it was a known issue, there wasn’t a resolution during my stay. I was working long hours and didn’t have time to follow up. The breakfast café is quick and convenient, but given how many great options West Chester has, you’re better off heading out.

Great location. Wonderful staff, helpful and welcoming. Comfortable bed, immaculately clean room, excellent housekeeping, good restaurant, easy paid parking system next door.

The shower, which is beautiful, would benefit from a grab bar.The WiFi/tv setup is a mess. It’s really something that needs to be addressed. Normally we would not have used it much, but the weather wasn’t great so we were in our room more.

I wish the door could reduce sound better. I can hear all people come back late and talk in the hallway after I was in bed. Very noisy.

Very noisy where you could hear a pin drop from the room above. Also, can they be any cheaper? One regular and one decaf pod per a double occupancy room, pathetic!

Lovely hotel in the busy downtown with many places to eat out. The hotel Receptionist was incredibly helpful.

Service in the bar downstairs was very slow.

Very central in West Chester. Lovely comfortable beds and bathrooms were beautifully decorated. Hairdryer that actually dried your hair. Amazing fish restaurant with fabulous menu and friendly staff. Carpark next door with special rates for guests. Will definitely be back.

The hotel room didn’t have an adjustable thermostat, but that’s was the only complaint!

The location was fabulous and brand new. The seafood restaurant off the lobby was one of the best I have ever dined at. It had just opened and its food was excellent and its staff very well trained. Amazing value for the cost. The room was spacious and the bed super comfortable. It could have added a trashcan, a shower cap, a few more amenities and ensured their housekeeping staff cleaned each room but I suspect these issues will be addressed very soon. They were pleased to receive my suggestions.

They need to make visitors aware of the small cafe off the lobby to pick up coffee since breakfast is not offered. Amenities like a bottle of water or a robe would go a long way. The panel on the water dial in the shower had not been secured to the wall. The tv remote was hidden in a drawer.
