The staff was very helpful

Yes there is no real half and half for coffee just cheap shelf stable chemical crap they are very understaffed but they work hard to make you comfortable

Drape rods broken, shampoo and body wash mounts in shower broken, other "simple fix" items are going unattended. One elevator out of order and has been out of order for an extended period.

Location was good

It was not very nice. I understand that they were remodeling but it was a mess. When the elevator quit working the desk clerk blew us off and laughed about it, then ignored us.

The staff was great

The elevator was broken making us have to carry our luggage to the 5th floor

Clean, quiet great beds, hot water good.

Location. I've stayed her a few times before this stay.

The staff at check in was not always there. They would put a sign up that they'd be back momentarily but every time I passed the desk, the sign was up.

Smell of the rooms and over use of cleaning products made it difficult to breathe. Black dots leaking from air conditioner onto bed.

The location was perfect.

The night we got in we wanted hot chocolate but the water wasn't hot. Next morning same for our coffee. I told the breakfast gal who told me I had to tell the front desk. She couldn't? Then ran out an hour later; said machine broke but more surfaced??????

Quiet room, everyhting clean, bed great, lots of hot water. Very good breakfast.

Some fo the furniture is getting a little dated.

Would like to see more linen left in the room. Wash cloths, etc. Also, refrigerator was very noisy.

Easy check in. Allowed dogs for the low price of $50 extra dollars.

Extra unexplained $25 fee. Absolutely no way to contact hotel by phone due to no person answering and all mailboxes full. Adding a mystery charge with no cause or reason is NOT good business. No customer service. No way to dispute. Stay elsewhere.

Friendly staff and clean room

Front door opened very slowly

The front desk staff in the morning is was exceptionally hard working and helpful. She took great care to keep the tables cleaning in the dining area and the coffee supplies well stocked. I was impressed by her hard work.

Quiet, clean and signing in were a breeze. Staff was nice and so were housekeeping.

Just the sides of the shower door catch had some patches of thick debris.

The breakfast

The toilet, remote and the refrigerator was broken. It was an awful experience

Room was good size

Toilet was in need of repair,it would not flush properly. Breakfast was horrible,watered down waffle battle,eggs with vegetables were nasty,hard boiled eggs did not peel without destroying the egg .

Location is great

The clerk was very chatty and didn't give me the internet code. When you try to log in it says that there IS NO FREE INTERNET. That is a pain point for me. This place could use a refresh. Breakfast was a 7/10.
