Hampton Inn Washington

Convenient location for us, friendly staff, very clean, nice breakfast.

They had to charge us $50 deposit and 3 days later we don’t have it back - like to earn interest on our money???? Other hotels simply have our cc # on file if there is a problem!!

Not a thing

The people there were awesome. Of special note was the young lady at the desk late at night. Questions I had were answered & we're to the point. Everyone was there to assist when & if needed. Ya'll got great people. Well Worth the expense!

Nope you got what you paid for plus a little more. Rooms were spotless . The halls lobby and common areas were kept cleaned and vacuumed. Well lote and ple parking,!

Great breakfast, warm pool

Stains on my sheets, the walking area around the pool needs cleaned it was kind of slimy very slick. Over all though great stay

Under renovations, used towel hanging on bathroom door.Small room with limited counter space.

Staff very helpful. Convenient parking and location close to major highways.

Furnishings are a bit shabby but very clean.

Was ware I needed to be but not necessarily the best location. Free breakfast was a selling point.

Rm needing a fridge to hold dinner leftovers and a couple drinks. There was hairs on head area of box springs that needed vacuuming.

They are well situated for the business traveler. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy and the schedule perfect.

Convenience and amenities and location near interstate hwy

Forced to turn right when exiting to rte 119 when need to go left to I-70. There is no obvious indication as to how to drive the opposite direction. Awkward.

Room was clean. Bed very comfortable. Hvac unit quite. Location was very suited for my trip to Washington. Just minutes from downtown and right by interstate access.

Not 1 thing was good about our stay at this hotel.

Was lied to on the phone about pool being open on a reservation of 1 hour. The breakfast was not good, also the front desk staff was rude and treated my daughter very poorly.

Breakfast, cleanliness of room. Locations to all close shopping centers.

I arrived at 9 PM & there were guards at parking lot entrances with signs that said overflow parking was across the street. They should have had signs saying, registered hotel guests in the hotel parking lot and everyone else across the street.

The room and hotel were very clean. The breakfast attendant was quick to replace food items and kept everything clean. The hotel was easy to get to after a day in Pittsburg before the trip home. Plenty of parking and shopping nearby.

There were No cups for the coffee maker that was in the room and no cups in the restroom for rinsing your mouth out after brushing your teeth and/or taking medicine.Also,wasn't able to use the discount code for room. No space online to put in code!

The room was too small, not enough space in the washroom. I guess that is why it is rated as 2 & a half stars. comparing to the other Hampton Inns, I was disappointed.

It was overall comfortable. The breakfast.

There was gum stuck on our bed, headboard. Room 418.

Very friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable beds, the room was clean, and the breakfast extensive and very well stocked. Great stay!

Clean room and friendly staff.

Light came in underneath and on the side of the door. I like to sleep in darkness so it bothered me a little bit.
