I reserved king bed .received 2queens .no free internet. 18 dollars for a breakfast buffet. Front desk girl was extremely rude and unwilling to answer questions about the hotel. Bathroom was the size of a closet. If we wanted a water ,a fee

Great pool!!! I stay here pretty much for that.

The parking lot needs some serious maintenance. There are major potholes that are so big they could damage a vehicle.

Good location

Poor housekeeping service. The water glass cup in the room was dirty. Obviously used with toothpaste stain on it and wasn’t changed.

The hotel needs renovation. The first room I got smelled like smoke. You have to walk down stairs to get to the elevator. The girl at the desk didn't offer me a cookie. I had to ask for it.

The location

I reserved a king room, They gave me a room with 2 double beds. When I arrived at the hotel. They messed up 7 other people's reservations. The room was small and out dated. The guest entrance to the hotel the door didn't lock. Do not stay here !

Leaving

Loud construction that started early in the morning. KeyCard system was down so you needed staff to escort you to your room so you could enter your room. Shower head was barely hanging on and sending water everywhere. Sounded like mice in the ceiling.

Large, well appointed room and free shuttle to casino.

It is a rather long walk from the lobby to the elevators, and involves carrying your luggage down a short flight of 6 stairs.

Staff was really nice.

Rooms were dirty, housekeeping does a bad job and hotel is very dated.

I got to leave the next morning

No one at the reception desk for 25 min. Room was due for a remodel 20 years ago. Nothing was clean. Fancy breakfast was non existent.

The front desk staff was amazing! Hotel employee went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and I had a great experience!

Rooms are dated for this to be a Double Tree by Hilton. Time to renovate this hotel.

Television: phone & some lamps didnt work. I was unpacked and it was late and all I was hoping to do was relax with a show and I couldn't do that. Got up early and left. Called desk using Canadian cell phone. Told maintenance can look at it tomorrow

The breakfast staff stole 7 dollars from me. I already tipped 5.50 and ended up giving them a tip of 12 dollars. On a 29 dollar bill. They filled up my coffee and water once. Then the front desk said they cant do anything. Shady. Will never return

The staff will write in whatever tip they want on your card. Had to call the bank to get my money back because front desk didnt help. Never returning. Do not go here

Cleanliness

To access elevator you had to exit lobby and go down 2 flights of stairs! Advertised room service which didn¿ exist! No luggage carts available. It¿s a poor excuse fir a Hilton property!

Location is very good. The bathroom was very small. The lobby area was very outdated. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Close to the outlets, casino and many food places. Also, the outdoor pool and nice spacious rooms. I can't forget to mention the chocolate chip cookie!

Location is good.

The rooms were not clean¿sheets / blankets were a dingy off white. The floors in the bathroom had grout that was stained and not cleaned. The smell of the entire 6th floor was musty or like mildew¿not sure which but it was so bad I considered leaving .

Location was perfect. Just traveling through. Not far off our route. Convenient to gas car wash, basic needs.

There was no breakfast available before 7am

Chocolate chip cookies- the restaurant was very good.

The elevator was far away from the main desk- had to go down stairs to get to the elevator.

Room was not clean - hairs on the bedspread, dirty bathroom floor, hairs on the toilet. Room was dated with some furniture in rough shape. Did not meet the standard of star level listed.
