The pillows were terrible.shower soap. The breakfast was cold and not much there.

The room was dirty, and the hotel staff hassled me about getting a new room. There was dog hair on the carpet, human hair on the pillows and the tub backed up when we tried to take a shower.

Where to start. Our room was not cool at all. Parking was impossible. There was no hot water Room was dirty under couch has never been cleaned Auto charged for breakfast even if you don’t eat Staff was terrible

Staff is somewhat abrupt.

The rooms were very clean and the custodial staff was very responsive and thorough. Glad that the rental car place is gone because it cheapened the atmosphere and did not add to a positive impression of the hotel.

Sometimes there was not coffee when I wanted it.

The room with the kitchen was my favorite part. I could live in that place if it was a condo. ??

My choice , but staying on a Monday I thought would be less expensive. It was out of my personal price range as a single mom, but it was my sons birthday and worth every penny.

the $16.96 for breakfast even though we did not participate. We were not told that this would apply on check in

It was close to the Casino

Lack of parking. If you are staying here for an event get here early. We went for a concert at the casino. Luckily we found a parking space and we never moved our vehicle till check out.

The only nice person was at check in.

Went to lounge. Service was non existent. Went to front desk to get a snack. Lady says they only take cash or bill to room. At check out I needed a receipt printed. They couldn¿t do that. And the check out lady was rude.

There are lots of things to do around the casino.

The casino is not connected to the hotel and although they had outside heat- it was a chilly walk (covered) .

The Hotel was close to the Casino. It was very clean and probably the best I have ever stayed at. Breakfast was delicious and very courteous staff. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Washington PA.

Location and Garage Parking

First room had dog food on the floor, no microwave, AC didn¿t work, new room had old food in fridge that wasn¿t cleaned out, staff was not on the same page as far as the extended day asked for, the motion sensor thermostat made for an uncomfortable stay

Location is great. Cleanliness is also a positive.

Front staff is borderline rude. They give guests the feeling they are being put out to complete the check-in process or ask a question. In addition, they made an error in booking the last two stays.

Location is great. Hotel was very clean.

There was little hot water for showers. Numerous people were complaining about it and the hotel stated they couldn¿t fix the issue.

It's a Hyatt Place - reliable. Miss the old room layouts, but still functional.

Parking lot - no walkway to shortcut to the front door - partially a function of the topography.
