charged $4 for parking after checking out. Nowhere did i see this stated

Courtyard, pool. Comfy bed. Quiet neighbourhood,

1. Took 5-10 minutes to get hot water to the room. 2. A repair the bathroom sink counter seal with an orange glue. There was dried orange glue all over the counter and sink. The electrical plug beside the bed didn't work.

The sink faucet was broken and the sink did not drain. The bar was not open the entire time we were there.

There was a mistake with billing ( front desk clerk struggled). It took over a week to correct the error This included multiple phone calls, a rude front desk staff member, and a call to corporate Hyatt to get the error resolved.

Yes the shuttle driver stranded us. No sheets or pillows for the pull out. No breakfast which was to be included in the price

Very clean. Convenient to highway. Large rooms and bathroom.

I assumed the included breakfast was a standard pick what you want spread, but instead it was credits to the cafe for 2 breakfasts. The breakfast sandwiches were very good and we got some french toast for the kids as well.

I had called prior to check-in because I forgot my wallet and the young lady at the front desk was extremely helpful!

It was quiet, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.

Rooms were spaciou and clean, allstaff encountered were friendly and accomodating and we appreciated the late check-out. Dinner from the bistro was quite good.

The location was beautiful. Located in an area with shopping and eating. Easy access to downtown Pittsburgh.

Very nice & clean facilities. Helpful staff. Pool was closed while we were there, so not seen. Near outlets & restaurants.

Marked room based on my particular bed. It felt like it was on its way to needing replaced or in need of a pillow top. The other bed family said was fine. Still a definite recommend & would return.

Down side restaurant not always open and small selection of items. But items we did have were great.

Not much I can say that¿s positive. Got double charged on my cc; the breakfast area should have more than one person. Handling money and then having to cook food. Didn¿t see gloves. Very worn mattresses. No mattress covers!

Old mattresses, parking not available so was required to pay for valet. Valet parking is right in front of the hotel. Charged me ridiculous for it. It wasn Valet at all. There was parking available because my car stayed in that spot the entire time.

FRIENDLY STAFF AND EASY ACCESS TO INTERSTATES ROOM NICELY FURNISHED AND WELL MAINTAINED.
