- The staff - 2 different incidents. The front desk woman when we checked in was very rude,when we came back in with luggage she was outside smoking 2) I had the do not disturb sign on door and the cleaning lady walked in on us without knocking !
- We are past the "Covid" mandates and the hotel needs to go back to the daily housekeeping of cleaning the rooms daily without asking.
