Reception doesn?t pick up the phone, never and I went downstairs and let them know I have been calling all day the receptionist just rolled her eyes and was like yea, what you need??, not a good experience
They stole from me. Found out they charged me again for my stay. I contacted them MULTIPLE times to get this resolved. They refunded me partially. Still waiting for the rest. It?s been about 2 months.

They stole from me. Found out they charged me again for my stay. I contacted them MULTIPLE times to get this resolved. They refunded me partially. Still waiting for the rest. It?s been about 2 months.

The hotel is a clean and nicely situated hotel if you like nature! The negatives are : 1. Many of the staff members aren't friendly, some say they cannot speak English when you ask for help. 2. Indoor dining isn't good. I got food poisoning.
