Hampton Inn Somerset

People Staff and the breakfast.

Mattress not comfortable.

Clean, free breakfast, free parking, location is convenient.

location right off of the turnpike. Clean. Super pleasant staff.

The pool was so small that if there were 5 families with kids, there was no room for anyone else to comfortably enjoy it. It's a small thing, but a thing nonetheless.

Location

Not the cleanest, moldy corners in the shower, loud rattling air conditioning

Close to the turnpike, took Route 30 from Bedford. It was a great drive, Clean, polite and helpful staff.

Could not shower. Bathroom broken. Phone did not work.

Our room was a large room and very clean. The complimentary breakfast was very good. There was plenty of food.the coffee was excellent.

Accommodating and friendly staff. Our room was very clean and bed was super comfy. Really good breakfast.

Coffee pot didn¿t work. But no big deal¿there¿s good coffee available anytime in the lobby.

Welcome stop off the PA turnpike. Great room and staff. After the breakfast provided, it was super easy to get gas and get back on the turnpike.

Breakfast staff were friendly and food was great.

Bathroom door needs wd40 and shower caulk needs some touch up.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. the check-in process was quick and we were admitted to our room long before our 3:00 pm check in time. That was important after a long drive. Also, the breakfast was very good and there was plenty of it.

It would be nice to have raised toilet seats for the elderly. I am 88 yo and had trouble getting up and down from the toilet. Otherwise, every thing else was fine.

Convenience to the location, where I was spending most of the time during my trip.

Hair caked on the back of the dryer..which is located right above the light switch. Large chunky of plaster taken out of the wall. Hairs and dirt found in shower.

Size of room. Very noisy, expressway created above average noise.

We checked in, got our key and room number and went to the room to find out that the hotel gave the room to someone else . The hotel was totally booked so we did not get a room at this hotel.

overall, very clean - friendly workers - especialy those helping to serve breakfast

location not the best. somewhat difficult to find.

It was clean and staff were friendly. The breakfast was hot with an omelet, fresh potatoes, and bacon.

The first room they put me in had a running toilet. When I requested a new room the staff apologized for the inconvenience and got me another room that was fine. The location is right off the interstate but a little confusing to find.

Rooms are spacious and well equipped. The staff was extremely friendly. Everything was clean. The beds are super comfortable.

Walk-in shower, tasty breakfast, clean overall.

Front desk guy was very unwelcoming. Acted like checking us in was a hassle. When we checked out the next morning he acted the same way.

Arrived late, check in was easy and breakfast was excellent and had good selection.
