- The room was clean and comfortable. I got lucky. It was in a quiet hallway with no other guests nearby. Given that I checked in about 2:00 AM, that was welcome all around.

- No hot water at 9:30 in the morning - not the hotel's busiest time for showers! When reported to staff, there was no offer to fix. Also, it very much needs an elevator!

No extra plugs in room. Some of the lights and coffee maker were not plugged in also, because there were no no plugs for them. This was on the lower level.

The overall hotel space (common areas and rooms) are very dark. It seemed clean, but dim lighting is not welcoming and gives the impression that something is being hidden.
