Quality Inn Lancaster

Low price, nothing else.

Room was assigned to another couple who walked into our room with us on it! Our room keys did not work after that and a trip to office. Broken light bulb was replaced but all but one towel was removed, no extra towels. Refrigerator froze our sodas!

Not enough towels. No tissues. Shower wasn't cleaned well. Shampoo was empty in shower.

great price - good location = friendly staff - plenty of parking - breakfast basic for the price charged.

Leaving

The floor in the shower wasn't slanted enough when they built it and the bathroom floor was flooded and slippery as hell. Also the sheets on the bed had blood stains on them. Also the toilet wobbles

Area location.

$50. deposit for any damage. Language barrier. Sweet, very young front desk worker who worked day and night, plus breakfast area. 7-9am breakfast window and lack of product. Remodle was nice looking, thin coil beds, lack of hot water after 9am.

Nothing was a horrible experience Breakfast was horrible no food available and when they brought restock it was minimal

Beds sucked like sleeping on box springs Only allowed 1towel and washrag per person per day unheard of Staff didn?t speak a word of English Watched them clean a room from people checking out and didn?t strip down the bed and change the sheets

It was very clean and the staff was nice. The location was very good for the event we were attending.

The staff could have spoken english a little bit better. The breakfast was not all that great. They advertise in the room a hot breakfast, but it was more like continental, which we could have lived with if they would have had some sugar free syrup.

Construction going on and the smell of paint in the halls. No smell in the room.

Room only partly redone. Tv remotes didn't work. No hangers. Very noisy A/C

Hotel is under construction.Room smelled of paint. Who ever painted left fingerprints on the back of the door, door was falling apart at the bottom edge .A couple spots in the bathroom where they skipped when painting .Used netflix instead of cable tv .

Hotel under complete renovation. Furniture, appliances, flooring, paint and supplies stacked inside and outside of hotel. Most rooms gutted, with only a few rooms available to rent (those which had not been renovated). Property in complete disarray

Location to the businesses I was visiting.

It's currently under renovation. I felt a bit of heat coming out of the register, but by morning the room was chilly.When I went down to breakfast, there was no one at the desk to let know about this.

While this is not a 4 or five star hotel, yet it was well worth the money we paid to be there two nights. Clean, a good breakfast and the location was excellent. They are remodeling but this did not disturb our stay there.

Really don´t have any complaint.

Bit outdated but a major remodel is in progress.

Not as clean as the reviews say, very dated, there was a tissue in the peephole when we got there and a ring of residue in the toilet.

I can¿t say I liked much of anything.

This motel is drab, dingy, dirty & dated. My kids said it felt like staying in somebody¿s Grandma¿s room. The carpets were filthy. I found a mouse turd on the pillowcase and lots of black hair in the sheets, and we are all blonde.
