- Paid for a suite with a jacuzzi. Jacuzzi was broken, and water in the room was luke warm. No hot water at all. Fitness room had a trash can that was overflowing with trash and old food. Continental breakfast was mostly just cold food (cereal and muffins)
- Our room did not get cleaned, the A/C didn?t work, the shower products were completely depleted, and the front desk didn?t answer the phone.
- The room floor was sticky
