- The staff were exceedingly friendly
- Area was quiet and location was within mayor attractions.

Cons -
- The room was old; coffee maker didn't work; bedding was not neat and fresh looking - had hair and stains on it, the couch was an old setee style, that looked like it had been purchased at a vintage or 2nd hand store. Not what I expect from Holiday Inn
- Pool temperature was not consistent with tendency to low temperature.
- Evertyhing. The worst, most ride staff/dirt lack of basic supplies like coffeee, clean towels, many billing errors, didnot correct in a timely manner,
