- The night staff was unbelievably courteous!
- The whole experience was a nightmare
- The 24-hour shuttle service is great to have! Staff were great! Great to meet the friendly cook. Nice location and walking distance to most downtown sites. Was right next to the parking garage.

- The room smelled like dirty socks! It was hard to deal with but it was so late we just went to sleep.
- Everything was horrible..
- We asked for a room with a view, desk person did not let me know that doing so changed us to 2 double beds instead of 2 queen beds. and our view was the parking garage across the street.
