Hotel staff was very accommodating. Room was clean. Would stay here again.

The breakfast was cold everyday. Not enough healthy choices for breakfast.

This hotel is pet friendly apparently. My room smelled like cat pee and a deodorizer. Like it was attempting to be covered up. The comforter was soaked in the stench. There were no more rooms available for the accommodations I booked.

Definitely needs to be updated. Needs USB ports. The TV (both times I've stayed) absolutely stink. Shower is horrible as far as water pressure. The crappy shower head needs an update for sure. Dusty too. I had more to say but you didn't give me more space

The hotel allows aggressive dogs - my dog and I were attacked by a dog that the owner could not control. The hotel is putting other dogs/guests in danger by allowing this kind of guest - they are a long time guest. Dog owners beware!

Very clean and attractive. The mattress was incredible. No back pain all weekend.

The breakfast was pathetic: no decaf coffee, only skim milk, no pancakes or waffles. Hampton Inn should be embarrassed to call that a breakfast. The address listed online wasn't correct. Thank goodness there were signs.

I did not like that there is no security cameras outside. I had a rental car vandalized and the was no cameras to view.

They were heroes to the fire victims our first few days.

After the victims left they were out of everything and didn't restock before the storm hit. They did their best under the circumstances.

Very close to where we needed to be. The room was modern, clean, and spacious. Staff was courteous.

We could smell cigarette smoke in our bathroom, particularly bad at night. It was alleviated by using the fan in the bathroom, but as soon as the fan was shut off, you could smell it again. Missed the pool and continental breakfast due to COVID.

Breakfast only so-so (no meat to go with the eggs)... Bathroom was clean and modern, but poorly designed (cannot reach towels from sink or shower).

2nd time I stayed there. Nice, quiet, good location, comfortable bed, clean. Hard-working staff who were pleasant. Good, hot breakfast, with food restocked frequently. All the important things were taken care of well.

Need to keep vending machines fully stocked. Had to go to several floors for bottled water.

There were bedbugs under my mattress. The manager tried to convince me that they were beetles. Accidentally locked my room safe,They could not assist me. I have to wait for them to mail it to me.
