AC Hotel Pittsburgh Downtown

Very low pressure in shower Hotel was confusing in its layout. Lobby was on the top floor Thermostat in room was just for visual, didn¿t actually adjust room temperature

Very modern parking across street but pay parking . Good location. Rooms were very modern and well appointed

Our stay was two days and no house keeping after first day. If I knew that it would have been ok but I was not told. Had to get clean towels from front desk. Floor NO carpet which I like but it was filthy with several clumps of long black hair.

Cleanliness and staff were extremely helpful. Also, loved the NCAA gift choices.

Beautiful rooms, great service and great location.

We have stayed a quite a few hotels during the pandemic and this one was definitely the cleanest! There was hand sanitizer everywhere and special attention was given to making us feel safe. Parking lot across the street was $5. Walked to everything!

The shower was a little confusing. Feather pillows only in the room and I don’t prefer them but asked for memory foam pillows and they were much more comfortable.

To far away from downtown and no shuttle.

New, very clean, the rooms are beautiful. The bathroom/shower are spacious.

Amazing location and the interiors of the hotel are great with a barocco style. Staff very friendly and helpful.

second key for the room was not provided.Also there is no room service for dinner.. Finally, I am Italian and I did not like that they always referred to me in English. I live in Nyc, I am fluent but I found it a bit disrespectful.

It was clean. Staff was polite.

There was an assumption of free breakfast it was $18.00/3 for A cup of coffee. What hotel does not offer a free coffee. It was the noisiest hotel I ever stayed at! Every little sound traveled. Wanted a good night sleep prior to travel. Got none.

For the price, I was disappointed of the two miniature bottles of water that were stocked in the refrigerator.

The floor of the shower needed a good scrub...looked dingy.

Value for the amenities wasn’t there. Parking was a mess, but from what I see, it’s a thing in that area. Even with the short comings, I would do it again if the price was a bit better.
