- The friendly staff, the cleanliness of the room, the 24/7 free coffee station, and the weell stocked free breakfast
- Location to the places we wanted to visit
- It was in a great location for our plans. The pool was heated and the whirlpool what so relaxing after the drive. The staff was warm and helpful. The complimentary breakfast had many hot options. The parking was free!

- Dirty socks left in the closet.
- The configuration of tables and chairs in the breakfast area was tight and difficult to maneuver in a wheelchair.
