This is a very comfortable, downtown, clean, friendly staff hotel with easy access parking. We were a bit leary with the street entrance that takes you to an elevator up to registration. Turned out to be a nice inviting hotel. Staff is helpful and friendly. Room was clean and had nice amenities. Dog friendly in a great location was nice too. Breakfast was very nice and the restaurant made it easy to order and take up to the room. Lots of restaurants & things to do nearby. Would recommend. We thought it was a good value...Kind, informative Staff was a HUGE bonus.

Comfy bed! A lot of hotel beds are too firm for me. Clean, convenient location, secure, great amenities and mostly friendly staff.
One of the waiters/host, he had a ‘Michel’ from Gilmore Girls vibe.

Nice location and comfortable, quiet room.
Breakfast cost $20 and parking was $29 per day. Booking.com said the parking was free and didn't mention the cost of breakfast.The hotel occupies the 5th and 6th stories of an old department store building. The check-in is on the 5th floor and you have to be buzzed in at the street level door. No place to temporarily park to unload your stuff. You have to park in a garage down the street. I realize this is nobody's fault, but it would have been nice to be informed of these inconveniences prior to arrival on this very busy urban street.

Large, modern and clean rooms. Bright and open lobby with games and ping pong. Good location close to Market Square, Historic Courthouse and highway.
No complimentary coffee or small snacks in lobby. Had a large area for pay snacks, but coffee, tea and hot chocolate free would have been lovely. No on site parking.
