great location with short drive to downtown or the south hills, nice outdoor pool, really friendly Sunday evening host, great breakfast, well lit parking, great room air conditioning, plenty of hot water

Very nicely decorated. The staff was friendly and location was excellent.

We were on the first floor directly across from the check in desk and was very noisy until about 11 pm. Unfortunately we had to be up at 3am so we were trying to sleep at 9pm and were not able to due to the noise. Other than that we loved the hotel.

We¿ve stayed at this hotel several times now while in town visiting family, it¿s a great central location close to numerous destinations meeting our needs. The continental breakfast offered is satisfactory.

Our room was very musty smelling. So much so that I purchased a fragrance emitting object to help eliminate the odor during our stay. We were on the first floor near an exit door and housekeeping, it was very loud, but fortunately we are early risers.

Staff was very friendly

Several times entering and existing the front doors there were several staff smoking and we walked through their smoke which was unpleasant. Maybe move the smoking area away from the front doors.

Would only clean our room every 4 days .. Had to put our trash and dirty towels in the hallway and get clean towels at the front desk... I know they will blame this on Covid.. I like my bed made and clean towels placed in our bathroom We're on vacati

poor and bad attention, extra charges, smells terrible. they said they were gonna take $50 for deposit plus the room fee and they were gonna give it back to me once I check out, but never wanted to give me my money back.

The beds were comfortable. The room was nice size for a hotel room

Very clean, super friendly staff. Room was a good size, not cramped. Breakfast was a good variety and was not exactly the same each day. Which is nice if you are staying a full week like we did.

Room & bathroom were roomy & clean. Walk in shower a plus. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was good.

Pillows were to small for king size bed. Bed was not comfortable. My wife & I did not sleep well.

No hot tub. Breakfast was more towards holiday inn breakfast, Hampton inn usually has a better offering.
