- Location
- Beds were comfortable
- The staff was very friendly! I loved the lobby and overall charm of the hotel at-large. The location was also very great!
Cons -
- Beds were super small for 2 people. Couldn?t find thermostat. Easy to get lost in the hotel - so many different lobbies/levels to choose from in the elevator. Valet was backed up terribly - had to park at a nearby garage - but at least it was only $10!
- Room 1021 was extremely loud between the knocking noise and the radiator/heating unit. Additionally, I believe the heat wasn't working as it was blowing cold air all night. The bed was also uncomfortable compared to other Omni locations I've stayed at.
