The spacious rooms, very accomodating, very close to PNC Park if heading to a baseball game.

Not much, North shore hotels alot better, no breakfast, not that great of room, staff not that friendly.

Location & View from the Corner room on the river was spectacular!

The gym was sorely lacking for a property such as this.

The only thing that was kind of annoying was the wait for an elevator. Took forever.

Located close to pnc park, they had a room available and let us check in early after a long day of travel! I love the aveda products in the bathroom.

Rooms were very small. No room to unload bags at door (very limited space).

Hotel is beautiful and clean with amazing staff. The bartenders were excellent.

Pittsburgh parking is always a treat but later found out the hotel does do valet.

Front desk was exceptional, as well as all staff and restaurant/bar staff. Prime location.

I walked into the he room I was given and the window was wide open like I could jump out if I wanted too, so I told the front desk and I hey gave me a better room with a nice river view and two free drink tickets, overall pretty happy

I don't think the room I was in was the type of room in the pictures on the website. Also, the room was a bit tired. One of the curtains was ripped and the walls could have used a fresh painting.

The hotel is a classic from the 1920¿s. Happily the rooms are not. Shower was nice. Bed was comfortable.

Extremely clean. The housekeepers made sure to leave us more than enough supplies which we appreciate when we don't have to ask. The staff was so kind and considerate since it was our anniversary. They treated us well.

The only thing We weren't happy with us that our room was directly across from the stairwell. So we were continually woken due to slamming doors.
