Hotel is outdated & needs to be revamped. Receptionist was on a personal call when she checked me in & kept talking to the person on her phone and in a language other than English. Bed sheets had holes in them. Pillows looked like someone had slept on

Always clean and friendly

They were out of syrup for the waffles. And had been out. And management never considered buying some at the grocery store until his supplies were stocked?? Every diner goes there for the waffles and then after making them they threw them out!

The electric went out at around 630pm. It was so dark in the hallway you couldn't see your way out. Nobody came to see if you needed assistance. They didn't give you a discount or say sorry for the inconvenience.

Good deal, decent location, free parking. For the price, recommended.

They were doing renovations and the hallway was cluttered with furniture construction supplies and carpet. I wasn't able to use the business office due to renovations .I had to put off what I needed to do.

Everything. Not clean, staff unconcerned, room was a disaster. Should be called a Motel. Horrible experience. Left a very sour taste in my mouth. Will never stay there again!

Tv service not working, unable to use pool, location was way out of the way, didn?t like $50 fee put on card because it took days to clear

Location is close to airport and to town. Right off the highway. Staff is very friendly and ample free parking. Breakfast was decent.

Mattress was very uncomfortable!; Room and hotel public areas felt very "muggy" - air was thick with moisture; Staff did not clean room well - found dirty towel hanging behind bath door & one looked used! Will not stay here again.

The staff. They were outstanding. From the moment of arrival to check out, every single employee I came in contact gave outstanding service. Special recognition to Austin. I even heard other guests saying how great he was. Front desk check in. Great.

No. They did need to repair the float in the toilet. The guy came and thought he fixed it. I left a note for him on the Monday morning

Dated hotel. Floors on room and hallways inadequately cleaned, debris on floor. Couch in room worn and stained. Furnishings in lobby stained and trash cans outside of entrance were overflowing and were like that our whole stay. Not up to Hilton's standard

The room exceeded my expectations. It¿s rare to find a fridge and microwave in a room at this price point these days. The room was also bigger than expected.

Staff was very friendly, kind, and accommodating. When there was an issue with our room. Breakfast was very good too nice surprise of seeing a chocolate waffle as an option with the other hot food choices. Maddy was very nice both days at the front desk.

It was absolutely filthy. There were toothpaste splatters on the bathroom mirrors, it does not look as if the vacuum had been run on the carpets, there were sticky coffee cup circles on the desk surface. I will never stay there again!

The rooms were not clean. There was dental floss on the bathroom floor and the carpets had not been vacuumed in my room. My daughter's room had a TV that did not operate properly. They did not honor the discount that was offered for the TV inconvenience.
