Buffet was terrible. Food was adequate. Always out of eggs. Waffle mix machine broke. Too crowded for size of hotel. No Pool.

Location able to get to multiple other locations in less then 12 minutes

Small room for the going rate per night but very clean and they could use a air vent in the bathroom

The breakfast, the beds, the pillows, the bathroom amenities.

There was a stain on the sheets.

For the value it is great....great staff, good breakfast.... great beds and pillows.

Pierre was so nice went out of his way.

The hotel was fairly close to the graduation venue I attended.

There was no shower gel in the bathroom and no seat other than a desk chair in the room. An arm chair would have been appreciated.

Convenient location.

Had to pay to park. Tiny room for two beds. Outer wall was wet as rain water leaked onto the carpet and got our belongings wet, so couldnt use that part of room. Large mold spot on wall where paint was peeling. Bathtub also had mold on it. Just gross.

Room smelled awful like cigarettes. I called the front desk as soon as we got into the room, asked if we were accidentally assigned a smoking room - and she said there aren¿t any smoking rooms. It had definitely been smoked in.

Location is good for being away from the city. Hotel rooms are modern but could use a carpet cleaning. Nice temp of room.

Parking isn¿t clear. Not a lot of staff available. Breakfast was ok. Not prepared for the volume in the hotel.

The parking was easy. The room was very clean. Bed comfortable. Extremely quiet.

Location - proximity to university of pittsburgh

When we checked in, it seemed we were interrupting the clerk's day. There was no "welcome" or even a friendly smile. It was odd.

The staff were very helpful. The room was very clean.

The bathroom could use a vent The a/c fan ran continuously unless we turned the a/c off and it was quite loud The breakfast hours could be extended. It started closing at 8:45 AM Room service only every 72 hrs

The clerk at check in was delightful. The bedding and sheets were clean and fresh. The price was very good so the value of the one night stay was good for us.

Covid cleaning protocols were not as apparent as other Hampton Inns I recently stayed in. (E.g. room was not as Lysol fresh and spotless. No sanitized plastic cover on TV remote - remote was actually dirty)

Location was convenient and felt safe. We were able to walk to several places that were on our agenda including Pitt, the Carnegie museums and Schefley Park. Staff were friendly, beds were comfortable and the free breakfast was good.

Bathroom lighting was very dark, and the shower handle broke during our stay. Also a hotel guest dumped a pile of trash from their car into the parking lot and left it there - we brought it to the hotel's attention but no one went out to clean it up.
