Hampton Inn & Suites Pittsburgh Airport South–Settlers Ridge

My key could not be made. I sat in the lobby for 45 minutes til the girl at the front desk decided to let me in the room without a key and was told not to go out of the room because I will be locked out

Customer service was lacking especially at breakfast. They set it out at 6 and nothing is restocked. Limited selection and cold coffee at 8:30 am.

The USB ports and the plugs that were built into the center nightstand or very loose and did not properly charge our electronics.

Clean and comfortable

Breakfast was abandoned by staff early. Most food was gone and not replenished. Soap dispenser was completely empty in shower

The hotel was nice, clean and the staff was friendly.

I was a little upset that I had to find my own quarters to use the washing machine and dryer in the facility. It was cold and snowy outside and I had to walk in it to get quarters.

Solid Hampton Inn experience. Decent breakfast and friendly staff. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was huge.

Room faced the highway, so there was significant traffic noise. Especially when trucks are using air brakes. Also, location is a bit challenging when getting on/off the highway. You either have to make a u-turn or go down to a different exit/entrance.

The superior customer service from everyone and the extreme cleanliness. We will return!!

The breakfast attendant was on his cell phone and sitting in the breakfast area on his phone like a guest. I can see if it was a quick call but he was on the phone the entire 30 minutes we were down stairs.

Location is close to shops etc.My car got brokw down when I reached to the hotel. I was able to find many repairs shops around and get it fixed.

Shuttle driver to the airport and staff was very nice.

The blow dryer did not work. It only blew out cold air. Was disappointed.

This hotel was close to both the airport and downtown Pittsburgh area. It also had a large mall nearby which had multiple restaurant choices. It also had both covered and uncovered parking.

The shower leaked through the door all over the floor. There were not enough towels. The air conditioner smelled moldy.

It was a clean and safe area. The management staff was very helpful and responsive.

The check-in associate was way below expectations.

Easy to get to and great parking. Room was nice.

Pillows were flat and hurt my neck. Guy on the phone hard to understand and rude when I asked him to repeat things. Had to wait a long time to get help at front desk. Coffee was awful. Asked to have trash removed, it never was. No room cleaned in 5 days

Staff were very friendly and room was very comfortable and clean.

Would have liked to see more options for breakfast for people who have food allergies.

Clean, spacious and well kept updated rooms. About 15 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh and close to several restaurants

Everything is all inclusive Gym, restaurant, shopping.

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean.
