    • The staff was exceptional
    • Location, size of room, kitchen appliances
    • This facility does not deserve the price let alone to be listed here. In this modern days, rental like this has student rag ( bed) 15 inches TV like computer monitor? Really.

    Cons -

    • The parking was the only issue
    • Only that you couldn’t get local tv channels on the tv
    • Bed, TV, room so small, In fact bed and TV were so annonying

    It’s affordable

In a rush to check out I dint have time to finish cleaning up. I left some tobacco on the floor and they charged me $85 fee plus say I owe $215 for smoking. I NEVER smoked in the room at any point. I routinely took smoke breaks outside! There is NO heater or thermostat. I would of understood if they charged me a cleaning fee.

Staff was super helpful and kind, the apartment was clean, check-in was easy. Great location and a good price. The basics were all there.

There were quite a few things not working well in the kitchen: the coffee machine was not usable (missing part), the toaster was broken, there was no range hood fan that you were supposed to turn on while cooking. While these are all small things, the kitchen was a big attention grabber so not being able to use it well was a bit frustrating.

    Very accommodating.

Found a cheaper price for the room and so far they have not matched it even though I was told I would get a 20% discount off the lowest advertised price. So far I have not heard about any refund or credit.

Very spacious, easily accessible, and a great value. Host is very accommodating and fast to respond. We appreciated our stay very much!

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I went inside, and the unit was dirty. Decorated poorly (gay pride) looked like a motel room you would book by the hour. I had to find an alternative place to stay. I never entered the property again.

The bed looked messy; it was dirty. I nearly got attacked when I came out of the wrong door; the code did not work to get back into the unit. Two men were surrounding me. I have never in my 51 years of life been so afraid of another human being, and there were two of them. Thank heavens, my son, with whom I was on the phone, finally found me.

The location was great. It was accessible and walkable to many different locations in the downtown area including acrisure stadium.

There was a distinct odor of urine in one bathroom. The apt was otherwise clean. The tv and coffee pot in our room did not work. We brought those issues to the staffs attention but they were unresolved during our stay.

    Legit nothing.

There was only one chair I would even sit on, the place was filthy. I drove home in a snow storm rather than sleeping on the beds.

    The location was perfect

The parking and the beds were so uncomfortable.

    Great location

Should've had a bigger TV, more towels and wash cloths

Everything is clean and well organized, plus its was located in downtown in a nice area, and it's walking distance for food spots, bars and public transportation. ?

There is nothing that I dont like.

The location was good to walk to a hockey game (15 minutes) and football game (30 minutes)

Our apartment (3E) was very disappointing (not the one that was confirmed) - hairs on bed and floor, towel racks falling off the wall, just single beds and bunk beds that felt uncomfortable, no glasses in the the kitchen, sofas covered with blankets to hide the condition, window blind missing. The check was not smooth - did not receive the access code before check-in as advertised. During day two of our stay, could not enter the building as the access code changed. Waited 19 minutes in the cold on the street for the on call person to respond, however the staff person inside the building helped us out.

I liked how homey feeling it was plus very safe with having locked box key codes on all the doors to get in n out. At the time I also got a very decent price for my stay which always helps when traveling.

Well I really thought this place was truly trying to help the ppl n there community by having these apartments be affordable n honestly priced for what your getting (not to mention all there signs promoting helping others n being there for your needs around the building) but that is not the case for example one Tuesday night priced @ $55 changes to a $493 a night the following Tuesday! That’s insane for the same room same place why should anybody be asked to pay that It shouldn’t matter whats going on in the area either if this is the case your making out just fine keeping it @ affordable prices this is where greed comes in to play don’t let it get the best of you!

    1KylePosted on: 11-2-2025

They kicked me out and said I was smoking in the building but didn't see any smoke and said I had ten minutes to leave or they are calling the cops when I didn't do anything wrong. They clearly seen me going outside to smoke. Also said they would be giving me my money for the night I didn't stay there but never did. This place is unprofessional. I'm pretty sure they banned me because of a bad review from when they locked me out in cold for 4 hours

    Place is a joke

    5CameronPosted on: 10-22-2025

    Cheap and easy

Fire alarm kept going off, change the batteries, warm as hell and no ac control, can hear through all the walls. Cheap uncomfortable bed, pillows must be years old.i like that it had a kitchen if I would've been spending enough time there to use it. No ac control was the worst part.

    5JackPosted on: 10-16-2025

Downtown location was great. I like the touchless check-in

No thermostat in the room means guests are unable to change the temperature or get any air moving in the room. Got stuffy quickly. WiFi didn’t work which means the TV was useless. I get it’s a budget property but the towels were nearly rags.
