Very nice staff

The handicap accessible room was lacking. The commode was too low, the bed was too high. The shower did not have a bench.

I have never gotten a message from the front desk, asking how things are once I arrived in my room, but I did this time from a Hotel employee. That was very impressive.

The breakfast bar had fruit that was over ripe. It had oatmeal but I would have enjoyed grits.

I like this hotel. It is sometimes pricier than I'd like, but this booking, on this particular date was a good deal. It is clean and fresh looking. Zero complaints.

Nothing negative about this hotel during my stay.

It was in a great location - walking distance to ice center & target¿ very clean & modern decor. Room and bathroom looked brand new! Great free breakfast too.

The hotel was right off the turnpike. Had good options to go get something to eat close by. It was clean, staff very friendly and I really liked the outdoor seating area.

The breakfast selection was all carbs and sugarexcept for hard-boiled eggs (which I don't like). But I grabbed a couple bananas and was happy.

The hotel was convenient to my location. I also found my room to be very quiet even though it was near the elevator.

I have no negatives. We didn't stay for breakfast so I can't comment on that.

Could hear other people above us and no one told us about the trains that rolled through at 4 and 5 am on Saturday morning and 5 am Sunday morning.

Convenient location to freeways. Set back from busy road so probably quieter than other hotels. Good breakfast.

Difficult access from main road and entrance hard to identify because of other businesses.

Thought I was getting a wheel chair access shower - roll in. Was told it was unavailable when we showed up to check in

Room wasn't ready so they upgraded us!! Room was perfect and staff was so friendly! Will return!!

This hotel is so clean and absolutely looks brand new. Amenities are exceptional and all the community spaces, both in and outside the property are exceptional! Staff is kind and so accommodating!
