Great location and easy check in

Great location with several places to eat nearby. Easy parking in garage

Hallways and room carpeting needs to be replaced. Very shabby. Air conditioning unit in rooms was very very loud. In fact the first room was so loud we asked to move. The 2nd room was slightly better but still loud enough that it was hard to sleep even wearing ear plugs.

Quiet, friendly service, nice area.

Bathrooms weren’t properly clean. Shower heads covered in mold. Tub wasn’t clean. Water look dirty from shower or could’ve been from the tub.

The staff was just amazing, very helpful and very nice.. A shoutout to the cleaning staff, very, very clean. The breakfast was fresh, plentiful, and very good. Our stay was perfect all around.. thank you.

The location is perfect. We would like to express our thanks to the front desk staff Tarina. She js very nice, helpful and accommodating.

We stayed for 3 nights but the housekeeping did not clean or vacuum the floor.

Can’t think of one single thing

Parking is a big hassle. Also room has sliding door for bathroom and toilets that don't lock. No amenities in the bathroom like lotion. Staff less than cordial to almost rude when asked questions.

Good location

Was in Pittsburgh for a baseball game. The location was great. Easy drive to PNC park. Loved the location and the shops and places to eat around the property. Breakfast was good. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Hotel was quiet at night. Will defintley be back.

Breakfast was better than typical hotel breakfast with several hot options. Room was very comfortable. We appreciated the fact that the toilet and shower were in separate rooms.

Paying for parking (hotel could give voucher). Air conditioner in our room (423) made periodic distressing noises that woke us up throughout the might.
